How we use it
- To call you back about your request and schedule your service visit.
- To match you with, and share your request details with, the independent garage door professional(s) we refer you to.
- To operate, improve, and market our service, including advertising on platforms such as Facebook and Google.
Sharing
We share your contact and project details with the independent garage door contractor(s) we match with your request so they can perform the work, and with service providers that help us operate (e.g., hosting, communications, analytics). Steadoor is an advertising and referral business: we may receive compensation from participating contractors in connection with referrals, which means the transfer of your request details to a contractor may be considered a "sale" of personal information under some state laws. We do not share your information with anyone else, and we will not share it with additional third parties without asking you first.
How long we keep it
We keep lead and consent records for five years, as required by federal telemarketing recordkeeping rules, then delete them.
Your choices
